Short version: You get a perpetual license to use UtterDo on up to 3 Macs. Try it free for 5 days. 30-day refund if it's not for you. We collect zero data.

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the UtterDo application (“App”) provided by Varie.AI LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using UtterDo, you agree to these Terms.

License grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use UtterDo on up to 3 devices that you own or control. This is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases. Updates within the same major version are included at no additional cost.

Free trial

UtterDo includes a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or account is required to start the trial. After the trial period, voice and text input require a license. Manual entry of calendar items remains available without a license.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with UtterDo for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests can be sent to dev@varie.ai.

Privacy and data

UtterDo processes all data locally on your Mac. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, voice recordings, calendar items, or usage information. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

UtterDo, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Varie.AI LLC. Your license grants usage rights only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App.

Disclaimer of warranties

UtterDo is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Speech recognition and AI intent extraction accuracy may vary based on audio quality, language, and other factors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varie.AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of UtterDo. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of UtterDo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
